About Us
Established in 2021, Ironside Property Maintenance is a small company operating out of Fergus, Ontario, offering a multitude of services for around your home and yard.
Meet the Owner
Patrick Bender started Ironside Property Maintenance in 2021 with the intention of creating a way for him to connect with his community while growing his skills in the field of landscaping. During the pandemic, Patrick was laid off his job as an automation engineer and fortunately was able to work with his older brother who also owns a property maintenance company. In this time, he gained a lot of experience in how a company is run and gained skills in providing property services.
A couple years later, he made the jump to running his very own company. Since 2021, Ironside Property Maintenance has serviced more than 300 customers in the Centre Wellington and surrounding areas. Patrick is currently enrolled in the Landscape Design diploma program through the University of Guelph and is using the knowledge and skills he is learning to help grow the company and add value to our local landscape industry.
